Bass
The catch-all for club music where the low end is the whole point.
- Tempo, BPM
- 130–145
- Where it started
- The UK, 2000s
What it sounds like
“Bass music” covers the club sounds that grew out of UK garage, dubstep and grime: heavy, rubbery basslines, broken beats and a lot of space. On a post, it means it'll be loud and low.
